Armed with a high-tech suction fan and a four stage cleaning system, Winbot 950 is made to tackle all types of glass surfaces. With an extension cord that reaches 16 feet (five meters), you can rid yourself of dangerous ladders, tangled cords, and the expense of hiring window cleaners.
Featuring a large four-sided microfiber cloth and a wrap-around squeegee, Winbot has four distinct cleaning modes to ensure a streak-free clean that covers your entire pane. Here are the four stages of Winbot’s cleaning process:
1. The front of the wrap-around cleaning pad sprayed with Winbot cleaning solution moistens, loosens and absorbs dirt.
2. The squeegee clears dirt from the window.
3. An additional squeegee wipes any remaining waterborne dirt.
4. The back of the cleaning pad wipes the window to a dry, spotless shine.
With a built-in safety system that includes a safety pod and tether, cleaning windows above two stories keeps not only Winbot from falling but also protects the passerby below. If for some reason there’s a power outage while Winbot is in operation, an onboard backup power system allows it to stay suctioned to the window for at least 15 minutes – giving you plenty of time to retrieve Winbot.
Whether you have tinted windows or thermopanes, Winbot is designed to tackle any cleaning job as long as it’s glass. With built-in edge detection sensors, you’re able to clean sliding glass doors, shower stalls, glass railings, framed and frameless windows, etc. Ecovacs created one of the smartest window cleaners on the market today and since it comes with a four-sided wrap around bumpers, Winbot makes sure it hits every inch of glass whether your windowpane is outside or inside.
Designed to keep the noise down while operating (62 dB) – a house vacuum is approximately 100 dB – Winbot chooses the most convenient cleaning path and keeps super quiet while doing so. With its companion remote, you can fully control Winbot from a distance – changing its direction, starting, pausing – you name it.
To activate Winbot’s proprietary Smart Drive system, it’s as simple as these three steps:
1. Spray the front cleaning pad with the Winbot professional cleaning solution provided.
2. Plug in the window-cleaning robot and switch the power on.
3. Place Winbot 950 on the glass and press start.
After cleaning every inch of your window surface, turning right for 90-degree angles all while avoiding obstacles, Winbot returns to its starting point for easy retrieval.
