I cancelled my order today from this fake company. They took my $280 in August and are failing to deliver the product by Xmas as promised. No customer support, no communication, just plain terrible company. Stay away from them and don’t give them a dime. There are plenty of other similar products you can find on Amazon or just the internet in general. This company is a scam.

My husband ordered a Gravity blanket for my Christmas gift. We did receive it, and I do quite enjoy it. We struggled some with the customer service because they aren’t very helpful, and it’s obvious they are out for their own. The blanket itself is 20 lbs, but seems very heavy. It’s so heavy, I struggle to move at night. I might just be weak, though. This is inconvienient, but it doesn’t take away from the quality of the blanket. It is cozy and the pressure is nice.

The fabric quality was horrible and they would only refund for store credit. The customer service was ridiculously rude and ineffective. It’s overpriced for the quality. Buy one from anywhere else!!

I purchased the Gravity Blanket in the fall of 2017. Delay after delay after delay, the blanket was finally delivered right before Christmas.
I was first put off by the fact that it was only a twin-sized blanket and it was $250. In going back through the process, I cannot be positive I chose a king-sized blanket or if I only chose the weight. However, I am almost 100% positive that the reason I chanced it and ordered a $250 blanket was because I was certain that I could return it if needed.
But alas, after waiting over 3 months for the blanket to arrive and then realize that a) it was not an innovative, brand-new concept, but an over-priced knockoff of items currently available on Amazon for drastically less, I tried to return it. They delivered it literally days before Christmas and a couple of weeks later there was not even any consideration, they said nope, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
So my dogs will have the most ridiculously expensive dog blanket in the history of the world if I can’t sell it somewhere…

Add me to the list of ripped off people! I ordered mine in May 2017 and still have no blanket in January of 2018!!! I have emailed, texted and chatted MANY times with only one promising reply 6 weeks ago. THEFT!!!!!

“Hello, I apologize for the delay in response. The Blanket may need to be shaken out from time to time to even it back out. This should allow the pellets to fall back into their pockets. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has brought.”
FYI, from time to time means you have to fluff out a 20lb blanket for 2 minutes before each use, it’s better to have someone do this for you. This is a non-starter.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE: I placed my order in October and they said it’d arrive in time for the holidays. No big deal, they’re a new company. I can wait.
RADIO SILENCE: Gravity is one of those companies that doesn’t communicate with their customers unless they’re forced to. If they don’t hear from you and there’s some issue with your order, they won’t take the initiative to reach out and tell you. I didn’t hear a thing until I actually reached out on their website via the chat system (Intercom) to inquire about the status of my order.
MISSED DELIVERY DEADLINE: Big surprise, my order was never shipped. Kristi, my customer service representative, probably wants to help me. I’ll never know because the only messages I get from her are templated corporate responses. Seriously, a lot of her replies didn’t even make sense in the context of our conversation. Remember, Gravity sees customers as “one response fits all”. We are all faceless moneybags on the internet.
NEW DELIVERY DATE ESTABLISHED: Kristi told me that my order would definitely be delivered by the end of January 2018. I agree because I am a foolish optimist and I really want this blanket. But I also let her know that if I don’t receive it by the promised date, I will be pursuing a refund.
REFUND REQUEST: Poor Kristi is bound by the ties of Gravity’s templated answers. There is no standard response for someone who says they will pursue a refund under a specific context. Or maybe she didn’t read it. Who knows? Anyway, they send my an email essentially saying “if you stick with us through this horrendous process, we will refund 10% of your purchase cost back to you”. I tell her “well, you didn’t read my email but why the hell not? Give me 10% back.” The lesson here is you should always threaten a refund first with Gravity – that’s the only way they are actually accountable for their actions… even if it’s a menial $25 back on an elusive $300 blanket. Otherwise they’re all false words, smoke and mirrors.
DELIVERY FAILURE #2: Big surprise, no blanket delivery by end of January. Not even a shipping notice. I demanded a refund and they had the sense not to fight me on this one. The full amount was unceremoniously dumped back into my PayPal account so they could return to shepherding the rest of their flock of faceless income sources.
Maybe their blanket would’ve been great. But so are unicorns – and I have yet to see either in person.

The fifteen felt like 50lbs so I gave it to my 21 year old. I sent an email to return the other. I haven’t opened that box. They DID NOT offer a return at all! Hi everyone, I wanted to try the gravity blanket so I spent the money hoping it was worth it. I got the 15 pounds version of it.
I asked customer service to change the shipping address and they didn’t. Luckily I was still at my old address when the blanket arrived.
This product didn’t work for me.
Their return policy is absurd for such a pricey product. Now I am stuck with something that take a LOT of space and I’m out $300+ dollars. Please see below:

Absolutely horrible company and product. I received the product after 5 months of ordering it. The quality is bad, poorly stitched, the weighed stuff inside falls to the bottom of the blanket. You absolutely cannot sleep with it on you since the material is not breathable. I actually woke in in a panic frenzy, since I could not move. I might as well have burned my money. And their return policy is ridiculous – you cannot return the product once you open the bag – how else can you see if the product is to your liking or not?! Money absolutely thrown away.

Wow. I thought I was the only one. I waited 8 weeks and my blanket never arrived as promised so I emailed them to cancel the order as I bought one elsewhere. Days later it gets shipped out to me. No invoice, packing slip, return form, nothing. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service team to provide me with a paid shipping label (it would be very costly for me to mail a 20 pound package that never should have been shipped to me in the first place. We have had 20 or so emails over literally weeks and zero resolution. By the way, at the time the blanket was shipped to me, the price apparently had dropped by $80 and I have not recieved an adjustment either. Literally the worst customer service of my life and all they keep saying is “we’re busy”. Unacceptable. We all take this to the better business bureau. I plan to engage an attorney for consultation as this is just not right and clearly I am not the only one.

This 20lb blanket was everything it needed to be. It totally relaxed me( a person who has always suffered from anxiety) and it took me no time at all to fall asleep. I recommend this blanket.
