Hello
I have been emailing and trying to get ahold of anyone for over a year now. WTF is going on.
Where is my shower, and why is it the same price now or cheaper, then when I got the supposed “deal” that supported you guys even building this(one of many), most how would agree you have let us down, and we have moved on to buy other showers and don’t need you anymore. I can’t even tell you how many times I saw people ask for their money back. But you’re impossible to get ahold of! so it is impossible to get a refund.

I don’t know about anybody’s problems with waiting for delivery. All I know is that this is the best shower head ever. Consistent temperature, soothing flow and plenty of water, even though it’s using way less. Totally worth the wait! We haven’t tried the aromatherapy but really looking forward to it.

Received today. Absolute rubbish. No cloud-like mist. Just miserable leaking water out of the holes and no high pressure despite being on mains. Totally disappointing

I can actually understand Steven’s bad review, as many subscribers also on the Cirrus kickstarter site complained about the way to loooong development and production process. Cirrus did send it finaly, I got mine a couple of days ago, just after Christmas 2018.
Now my own review:
The up sides:
Functionality is fine, you note less consumption of water, in my shower the shower walls and the entrance door stay way dryer than before. At the same time it’s just always sufficient water, so the central USP is met.
The down sides:
I don’t like the size of the shower head, It’s about 4 inches longer than our previous one, so you have to get accustomed to it, and may on the way smash it from time to time unwillingly against your head. So getting accustomed may be a somehow painful process.
Packaging was o.k., the plastic quality is just o.k., not better, I expected for about 100 Euros for a shower head a premium quality product. For example the logo imprint on the nanofilter left a mark like dirt. It’s on the back side, but anyway I’m a bit disappointed.
It’s pretty obvious as soon as you experience it, but it also comes as somehow a surprise: If your bathroom is a bit cold in the morning, you warm up using the heat energy in the shower water. 75% less water means, that you rather have to lift up a bit the temperature to feel sufficiently warm while taking the shower. Now I understand physically the effect, but I wasn’t prepare for it.

It feels like the water is softer and makes shampoo & soap foam more (due ot the little mineral stones?). It also rinces astonishingly well.
I don’t have the impression of more heat. On the contrary, I would say my “Rain” shower feels warmer at the same thermostat temperature but with 4x more water.
I agree on the capsules comment: the scent it is too light, but this is a futile option anyway.
Probably the biggest problem at home is a quite loud sizzling sound (that can be heard through the house) despite triple checking the installation.
All-in-all happy with the purchase as it does what it promised: way less water for a equally pleasant shower experience (except for the sizzling sound)

The spa unit keeps on bursting, customer replaced the unit twice and it’s still not working. I requested a refund only to be refused because they have a “strict policy” on refund being made within a month of purchase – which they dragged out by saying that they have a fix to the problem. Now they’re requesting me to send back the unit for inspection for a replacement, but it’s clear that from photos and videos I sent to them that the unit is defective (might even be a design issue, as the o-ring keeps on failing, hence the leakage). The customer service is not up to scratch at all, the shower head also doesn’t seemed to be as misty as the ad and temperature drops quite significantly from the shower head.

I only received half of the aromatherapy capsules I originally ordered. And the company is not being forthcoming about giving me what I paid for. But it wouldn’t matter because the whole capsule shoots out all at once anyways. It does NOT provide a “spa experience”.
Customer service is beyond pathetic, even hostile at times.
As others have stated, you can get a better product, at less cost, elsewhere.

Got two of the units, so I can safely say it’s not that I got a defective unit…………………………ALL OF THEM ARE DEFECTIVE UNITS. I have a Nebia which I ponied up for after receiving the Cirrus heads. Like night and day. I was hoping for a cheaper version of Nebia that did 75% of the job the Nebia did. Didn’t even equal the cheap Waterpik showerheads that you can get in Home Depot for $15. I have two that I’ll sell to anyone for the price of one in the original packagings.
